Ok CCBer’s now is the time for helping with running the event. We are in need of people who can help with the following event duties.
These are areas you can lend a hand, and get those assessment hours.
Friday July 4 starting at 8 am. We will be finishing setting 10 targets and shooting stakes on the course. Set up the Registration, potluck area, kitchen set up, posting signs, Parking campers, and other tasks needed.
Saturday and Sunday July 5 & 6 need help with:
Registration 7-11 am.
Kitchen 8 am to 3 pm
Range officials
Run Novelty games
Help with food set up for potluck and then clean up after potluck .Saturday only.
Parking attendants 6am – 11 am
Sunday:
After shoot ends around 3:00- 315 pm will be taking down the courses. Bringing in 3D targets and shooting stakes flags. Help with kitchen cleanup, taking down registration, pull the signs, take down canopies, dump garbage, and other tasks as needed to put away shoot items.
