Membership Application

Thank you for your decision to join The Capitol City Bowmen Archery Club. Below you will find the application to join our club. Please fill the form out completely. After you fill out the application and submit it then the form will take you to our secure payment server to pay your dues. Once the application is submitted and the dues are paid then the system will forward your information to the membership director. Once membership has reviewed and approved your application, the system will let you login to the members only area. If you have any problems with the form or the payment system, please email the webmaster and let him know about it. He will get it fixed promptly.
